MEP Plants and Décor source 70% of their dispensers locally where possible while
considering the cost implication for our end user.

All installation are followed up with a full site check up by a qualified Area Supervisor, after an Installation sheet has been completed and captured on our internal system, a quality insurance survey sheet is printed and an Area Quality assurance Supervisor will do the survey together with the appointed Account Manager, should any discrepancy arise an Area Manager, Area Quality assurance Supervisor as well as the Account manager need to re-do the site survey.

MEP Plants and Décor believe in building long lasting relationship with its client therefore a meeting will be held on monthly basis or as per our client preference to discuss any concerns that the client might have, during our meeting a score card will be completed this will enable us to improve our services and understand our client’s needs.
An Area Supervisor will do a monthly survey and quality assurance report will be given to an Account Manager, should there be any dispensers that needs to be maintained/replaced this should be done in 72 hours or as agreed with the client and proof must be attached to the report given to the account Manager, this will enable us to offer professional and accurate service at all times.
Our serviceable equipment’s are serviced monthly or as arranged/contract with the client during service a service technician will report any dispensers that might not be in working conditions, need to be changed due to wear and tear.
l She bins will be emptied on Weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly or as per client request, our staff/ technicians are discreet. Sanitary bags are offered which meet our high standards and are aesthetically pleasing for the delivery of waste from our client premises to our premise/ warehouse for safe keeping until they are disposed.
MEP Plants and Décor doesn’t dispose sanitary towel to the landfill as they are not fully biodegradable. According to the study certified compostable products will break down within a 180 days period, however a non-compostable items take 70-450 years to break down, plastic which are used in sanitary pads takes between 10-1000 years. This has challenged us to minimize the waste that is being disposed by finding other methods to dispose sanitary waste.
